We believe that your project data is your asset. We maintain strict data isolation policies within our Firestore environment, ensuring your strategic inquiries and build proofs are never mixed or exposed.
End-to-End Encryption
All data transmitted to HIRE WE, including sensitive project descriptions and reference images, is encrypted in transit and at rest using enterprise-grade SSL/TLS and AES-256 standards.
1. Information Collection
In the course of providing boutique software services, HIRE WE collects specific data points essential for build management and financial fulfillments. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Identity Profile: Full name, email address, and authenticated studio credentials.
- Project Vision: In-depth project descriptions, technical requirements, and visual benchmarks provided during the Strategic Inquiry phase.
- Financial Preferences: Preferred currency and transaction metadata for milestone fulfillments.
- Technical Metadata: IP addresses, browser types, and session logs utilized strictly for platform security and performance optimization.
We do not collect or store full credit card numbers. All financial transactions are processed securely through our verified partner, Razorpay, which adheres to PCI-DSS standards.
2. Infrastructure & Storage
The HIRE WE studio environment is architected on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Firebase infrastructure. This provides an enterprise-level security envelope for your data.
Our security model utilizes Firestore Security Rules to enforce granular, role-based access control. Every request to our database is validated in real-time to ensure that only authorized partners and studio administrators can access specific build data. We conduct regular audits of our security protocols to defend against evolving digital threats.
3. Third-Party Fulfillers
To provide a seamless executive experience, we integrate with high-authority third-party services. These partners are strictly vetted and are required to maintain privacy standards that align with our own.
- Google LLC: For authentication services and cloud-native storage.
- Razorpay: For the processing of milestone-based financial investments.
- Sam Webs: Our architectural partner for platform maintenance and technical oversight.
4. Partner Rights (GDPR)
We respect your data rights under international regulations such as GDPR and CCPA. Every partner in the HIRE WE ecosystem has the right to:
- Access: Request a comprehensive export of all personal and project data stored in our environment.
- Correction: Update or rectify any identity or project information via the Partner Portal.
- Deletion: Request the total archival and deletion of your studio account and associated build data.
- Object: Restrict the processing of specific metadata points for non-essential studio operations.
