How to Build with Us.
A comprehensive guide to navigating the HIRE WE studio ecosystem—from initial vision to surgical deployment.
01. Submitting your Strategic Inquiry
Every build begins with a clear vision. From your Client Dashboard, trigger the 'Start New Vision' protocol. Here, you will define the core objectives of your project, describe technical constraints, and provide visual references.
Comprehensive Vision: Describe the problem your software solves in detail.
Engagement Tiers: Select between Basic (MVP), Standard (Growth), or Premium (Enterprise).
Reference Assets: Upload up to 3 screenshots or provide a demo URL to align our design team.
Budget Alignment: Provide an anticipated budget to help us scope the architectural complexity.
02. The Architectural Review
Once submitted, your inquiry enters our 'Strategic Review' pipeline. Studio administrators audit your vision against our engineering standards. We don't just 'accept' projects; we architect them for success.
Admin Audit: Our team reviews your description for technical feasibility.
Roadmap Drafting: We define the specific build phases (milestones) required to reach launch.
Status Updates: Your inquiry will transition from 'Pending' to 'Accepted' once the roadmap is finalized.
03. Entering the Project Workspace
An accepted inquiry becomes an 'Active Build'. You will gain access to a dedicated Project Workspace—a high-fidelity environment where you can track the pulse of your development in real-time.
Executive Summary: View your total project valuation and build velocity (completion percentage).
Strategic Scope: Read the studio's technical response and planned architecture.
Live Roadmap: Monitor all planned phases from discovery to deployment.
04. Navigating Build Milestones
We utilize a 'Phased Execution' model. Projects are broken down into granular milestones, each with its own valuation, duration, and specific deliverable set.
Phase States: Milestones transition through Pending, Active, Paused, and Completed.
Duration Tracking: Many phases feature a live countdown timer showing the remaining engineering time.
Sequential Flow: Most projects require phases to be completed in order to maintain structural integrity.
05. Reviewing Deliverable Proofs
When a milestone reaches a significant engineering point, the studio provides 'Deliverable Proofs'. These are auditable summaries of the work completed during that specific phase.
View Deliverables: Click the 'Eye' icon on any active milestone to open the summary.
Work Summary: Read the studio's explanation of what was built or integrated.
Live Demos: Access Loom videos, staging links, or design prototypes via the 'Live Proof' button.
06. Fulfilling Milestone Payments
To maintain build velocity, we utilize a secure 'Pay Now' protocol for each phase. Once work is verified, you fulfill the milestone valuation to unlock the next sequence of development.
Secure Checkout: We integrate with Razorpay for enterprise-grade transaction security.
Payment Triggers: Fulfilling a payment automatically marks the milestone as 'Complete'.
Ledger Sync: Every transaction is recorded in your private 'Financial Ledger' for auditing.
07. Surgical Launch & Handover
The final phase of any engagement is the 'Production Launch'. Once all milestones are fulfilled, the project transitions to a 'Build Fulfilled' state.
CI/CD Deployment: We manage the final push to production-hardened cloud infrastructure.
Asset Handover: Access final documentation and repository credentials as per your agreement.
Architectural Stabilization: Every project includes a 30-day post-launch support window.
The Boutique Commitment
Our workflow is designed for founders who value precision over speed. By breaking down projects into auditable milestones, we eliminate the "black box" of software development.
You are never left wondering about the status of your build. Every commit, every design decision, and every architectural pivot is tracked within your Executive Hub.
Ready to Initialize?
Now that you understand the protocol, it's time to submit your vision and begin the architectural review.
